Refunds, exchanges & returns
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt of the products, provided that the products are in original condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging as it was. We will either exchange it, or refund the purchase price.

Please email jess@hound.co.nz notifying us that you wish to return an item including the invoice number on the email, and the reason for returning it. We cannot accept unused goods in damaged packaging unless they are faulty. Freight charges are not refundable unless the goods are faulty, in which case we will also refund the cost of returning the goods to us.

For peace of mind Hound recommends using a tracked service for return, as until the goods reach us, they are still your responsibility. Products must be returned to the following address, at your own cost, unless the goods are faulty.
